CNC Machining

Advantech’s high-end equipment provides unparalleled repeatability in precision machining. Our capabilities include turning and milling basic and complex geometric parts, weldments, and custom profile components.

Our expertise extends across a range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, and brass.

From prototyping to production volumes, Advantech Engineering prides itself on its quick turnaround services, without compromising quality of product.

Our milling equipment has a maximum capacity of 41.3″ L x 22.4″ W x 20.1″ H

CNC Turning

Our turning equipment has a maximum capacity of 18.1″ D x 25.9″ L

Tool & Die

We design and manufacture hand transfer, compound, and progressive dies with the highest level of quality and precision. Using advanced engineering tools such as CAD modeling, simulation, and CNC machining to accelerate product development

Maintenance services are also a part of our service portfolio: die repairs, sharpening and modifications to support product design changes

Reverse Engineering

Analyze damaged and service components to recreate exact replicas.

We leverage CAD modeling technology to design and manufacture, while maintaining accuracy, in recreating even the most complex parts

Special Purpose Machinery

With our in-house design and manufacturing facility, our professional engineers work closely with customers to assess and understand the needs and expectations of each project, offering a complete solution to efficient and cost-effective production processes.

APQP and GATE processes are followed throughout the development phase to ensure project deadlines are met

Weld & Metal Fabrication

Fabrication of custom steel components and MIG welding services for small-medium production welding

Jigs & Fixtures

Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for machining, welding, assembly, and inspection to enhance repeatability an increase efficiency

3D Printing

Capable of printing PLA, PETG, and TPU (95A)

Our printer has a maximum capacity of 8.6″ L x 8.6″ W x 9.8″ H
